Job Description

Intel is looking for an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Integration Program Manager with the ability to take on challenging and rapidly-evolving projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A and an eye for detail when it comes to developing and driving integration plans. This individual should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, the M&A Integration Program Manager must have the following qualifications: • Proven track record of successful M&A integrations• In-depth knowledge of M&A integration best practices• Ability to develop and manage integration plans• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously• Ability to coordinate resources and manage stakeholders• Knowledge of financial and data analysis• Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsWe are looking for someone with the ambition to help drive Intel’s M&A strategy and ensure successful integration of newly acquired companies.   6. Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  7. Ensure successful integration of newly acquired companies.
  8. Maintain effective communication with all involved parties.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to drive Intel’s M&A strategy.
  10. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments.
