Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated LTD Advanced Device Development Engineer to join our team at Intel. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and push the limits of advanced device development. We are looking for an experienced engineer who is passionate about innovation and has a strong background in semiconductor device physics and technology.   1. Conduct research and development of advanced semiconductor devices to push the boundaries of technology and drive innovation within the field.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new device designs, processes, and technologies.
  3. Utilize knowledge of semiconductor device physics to analyze and optimize device performance.
  4. Design and execute experiments to evaluate and characterize advanced devices, and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  5. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all device development activities, including design specifications, test plans, and results.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in semiconductor technology to identify potential new opportunities for development.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing devices and processes, and recommend improvements for future iterations.
  8. Use statistical analysis and modeling tools to predict and optimize device performance.
  9. Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure successful scale-up of advanced devices from research and development to production.
  10. Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns on device development techniques and processes.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to source materials and equipment for device development.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Advanced Device Development For Semiconductor Technology

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Cutting-Edge Technologies In Device Development

  • Proficiency In Device Simulation And Modeling Tools Such As Tcad And Sentaurus

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With A Track Record Of Successful Device Development Projects.
