Job Qualifications

  • Strong Background In Logic Technology Development: This Includes Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Designing And Developing Logic Technologies Such As Cmos, Finfet, And Advanced Packaging Solutions.

  • Advanced Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Position. A Ph.d. Is Preferred.

  • Extensive Experience In Semiconductor Industry: A Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience Working In The Semiconductor Industry, Specifically In Logic Technology Development.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Principal Engineer, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers And Technicians. They Should Also Have Experience Working Cross-Functionally With Other Teams Within The Company.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: Logic Technology Development Can Be A Complex And Challenging Field, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills. They Should Be Able To Identify And Troubleshoot Issues In A Timely Manner And Provide Innovative Solutions.
