  1. Develop and implement leadership programs and initiatives that align with Intel's overall strategy and goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify leadership development needs and design targeted solutions.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to ensure alignment and support for leadership development initiatives.
  4. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to leaders at all levels on leadership development best practices and approaches.
  5. Stay current on the latest leadership theories, practices, and trends to continuously improve and evolve Intel's leadership development strategy.
  6. Conduct needs assessments and use data to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of leadership development programs.
  7. Act as a coach and mentor to leaders, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  8. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to deliver high-quality leadership development programs and resources.
  9. Manage and track budgets for leadership development initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  10. Support the creation and delivery of leadership development content through various channels, such as workshops, online learning, and coaching.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on leadership development, providing insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve leadership development processes and procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging leaders to take ownership of their own development.
  14. Represent Intel's leadership development efforts at industry events and conferences.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Intel, promoting the company's values and culture through all leadership development initiatives.
