Lab Compute DevOps Engineer

Intel is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join the team as a Lab Compute DevOps Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the compute infrastructure and tools for Intel’s internal labs. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and drive innovation in the field of lab compute infrastructure.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and at least 5 years’ experience in DevOps, infrastructure, and compute engineering. You must have a proven track record of developing and deploying compute infrastructure solutions and must possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain compute infrastructure and tools for Intel’s internal labs • Ensure the stable and secure operation of Intel’s compute environment • Identify and resolve compute infrastructure issues in a timely and efficient manner • Develop and deploy compute infrastructure solutions in accordance with best practices • Research and evaluate new technologies to improve compute infrastructure • Collaborate with other team members to develop efficient solutions to complex problems • Create and maintain automation scripts in languages such as Python and PowerShell • Monitor compute environment performance and identify areas for improvement • Develop documentation and training materials for team members, users, and stakeholders • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to compute environment
