Jira Technologist

We at Intel are looking for an experienced Jira Technologist to join our team. As a Jira Technologist, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, customization, and maintenance of our Jira instance. To be successful in this role, you must have a deep technical understanding of Jira, its features, and its capabilities. We require a minimum of 5 years of experience with Jira, with a strong preference for individuals who have experience in large-scale enterprise deployments.The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You must be able to quickly understand our existing Jira instance and be able to make recommendations for improvement and optimization. You must also be able to work collaboratively with other teams to ensure that our Jira instance is meeting the needs of all stakeholders. Responsibilities:

1. Administer, configure, customize, and maintain our Jira instance.
2. Ensure our Jira instance meets the needs of all stakeholders.
3. Make recommendations for improvement and optimization of the Jira instance.
4. Assist other teams in troubleshooting and resolving Jira related issues.
5. Develop and maintain documentation related to Jira configuration and maintenance.
6. Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to provide feedback and insights.
7. Monitor Jira performance and usage, and provide reports on trends and usage.
8. Research and evaluate new features and technologies related to Jira.
9. Develop and maintain scripts to automate Jira related tasks.
10. Establish and maintain professional relationships with vendors, partners, and customers.
