Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Hardware And Software Troubleshooting Techniques.
Familiarity With Various Operating Systems, Such As Windows, Macos, And Linux.
