  1. Develop and lead IT program strategy and vision for the organization.
  2. Manage and oversee the execution of multiple IT projects within the program, ensuring on-time, within budget, and high-quality delivery.
  3. Identify and mitigate risks and issues within the program, providing effective solutions and contingency plans.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  5. Communicate and report program progress, status, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  6. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices within the program.
  7. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  8. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards in all program activities.
  9. Monitor and manage program budget, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  10. Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in the IT field.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners and vendors.
  12. Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other collaborative sessions with team members and stakeholders.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert for the program and provide guidance and support to team members.
  15. Continuously review and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Project/Program Management, Preferably In A Technology Company.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale It Projects And Programs, Including Budgeting And Resource Allocation.

  • Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Software Development Life Cycle And Project Management Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
