You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that optimize our supply chain processes.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in supply chain and data management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.   1. Own and drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of data systems and processes that support supply planning operations.
  2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Optimize supply chain processes through the effective management and utilization of data.
  4. Lead and guide the development team in the creation and implementation of new data systems and processes.
  5. Identify and address any issues or roadblocks in the data system development and implementation process.
  6. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and maintenance.
  7. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies related to supply chain and data management.
  8. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and progress.
  9. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  10. Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on the progress of data system development and implementation.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of supply planning data systems.
  12. Train and support end-users in utilizing data systems and processes effectively.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on supply chain data and processes.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and with other departments.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve data systems and processes to meet changing business needs and requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In It Product Ownership, Preferably In Supply Planning Data Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Analytics And Visualization Tools, Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Experience With Agile Methodologies And Project Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
