In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the IP infrastructure for our Intel Customer Support Platform (ISCP). - Design and implement the IP infrastructure for the Intel Customer Support Platform (ISCP).
- Ensure the stability and security of the IP infrastructure through regular maintenance and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet the networking needs of the ISCP.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the IP infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain documentation for the IP infrastructure and related processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IP protocols.
- Participate in the planning and execution of projects related to the IP infrastructure.
- Work closely with the network engineering team to ensure seamless integration of the IP infrastructure with other network components.
- Provide training and support to other team members on IP protocols and infrastructure.
- Monitor and analyze network performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to network security and data privacy.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for procurement and maintenance of IP equipment.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the IP infrastructure.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management regarding project updates and any issues related to the IP infrastructure.
- Act as a subject matter expert for all matters related to IP infrastructure within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience In Designing And Implementing Ip-Based Communication Systems, Preferably With A Focus On Ip Office.
Strong Understanding Of Network Protocols, Including Tcp/Ip, Sip, And Voip.
Familiarity With Intel Architecture And Hardware, As Well As Experience Working With Linux And Windows Operating Systems.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues Related To Ip-Based Communication Systems.
