- Create and review design documentation, including specifications and test plans.

- Optimize design performance and power consumption through careful analysis and simulation.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, standards, and technologies related to RTL design.
- Identify and troubleshoot design issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall product quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in IP development and incorporate them into design strategies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality and security standards.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate third-party IP into designs.
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in RTL design.
- Support product testing and validation, providing necessary design modifications as needed.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Proficiency In Rtl Design Methodologies And Tools, Such As Verilog, Systemverilog, And Synopsys Design Compiler
Strong Understanding Of Computer Architecture, Including Microarchitecture And System-Level Design
Experience With High-Speed Interfaces And Protocols, Such As Pcie, Usb, Or Ddr
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Protocols For Chip Design And Verification, Such As Uvm And Amba
