  1. Manage and oversee all federal contracts for Intel, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  2. Negotiate contracts with federal government agencies to secure favorable terms and conditions for Intel.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with government representatives and contracting officers.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and program management teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in contract negotiations.
  5. Conduct thorough reviews of contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  6. Prepare and submit proposals and bids for federal contracts, adhering to strict deadlines.
  7. Monitor and track contract performance and expenditures, providing regular updates to management.
  8. Stay informed about changes in federal contracting regulations and policies, and make recommendations for necessary adjustments to Intel's processes and procedures.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on federal contracting processes and requirements, providing guidance and training to other team members as needed.
  10. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure successful outcomes for Intel.
  11. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the federal market.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contract negotiations and agreements.
  13. Act as a liaison between Intel and government agencies, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  14. Identify areas for improvement in the federal contracting process and develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Uphold Intel's values and standards of ethics and integrity in all interactions with government agencies and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Federal Contract Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal Acquisition Regulations (Far) And Government Procurement Processes.

  • Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Government Agencies And Contractors.

  • Experience With Contract Compliance And Risk Management, Including Familiarity With Security And Export Control Regulations.
