- Provide expert support and guidance to employees and leaders on a variety of HR services, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
- Stay up-to-date on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure accurate and effective support for our global workforce.
- Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to identify and develop solutions for HR-related challenges and opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive employee information and issues.
- Use strong communication skills to effectively communicate HR policies, changes, and updates to employees and leaders.
- Proactively identify and address potential HR issues and escalate to appropriate parties as needed.
- Provide support for HR projects and initiatives, including researching and analyzing data, creating reports, and making recommendations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, leaders, and stakeholders to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for employees and leaders regarding HR services and practices.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline HR processes and procedures to enhance the employee experience.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current on HR trends and practices.

- Maintain accurate and organized records of employee information and HR transactions.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR policies and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Global Hr Role, Preferably In A Technology Company.
Proficiency In Global Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Teams And Cultures.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Recommendations.
