1. Provide expert support and guidance to employees and leaders on a variety of HR services, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
2. Stay up-to-date on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure accurate and effective support for our global workforce.
3. Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to identify and develop solutions for HR-related challenges and opportunities.
4. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive employee information and issues.
