Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Hr Principles And Practices Is Essential For An Hr Automation And Optimization Specialist At Intel.

  • Experience With Hr Automation Systems: Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Hr Software And Systems Such As Workday, Oracle Hcm, Or Sap Successfactors.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting: The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Hr Data Is Crucial For Identifying Areas For Automation And Optimization.

  • Project Management Skills: This Role Involves Overseeing The Implementation Of New Hr Automation Processes And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, So Strong Project Management Skills Are A Must.
