- Design and develop HR IT applications and systems that support Intel's HR functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify business needs.
- Conduct analysis and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth functioning of HR applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for HR applications and systems.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of HR applications.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Participate in the implementation and integration of new HR systems.
- Adhere to company security and privacy policies to safeguard sensitive HR data.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of HR applications and systems.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party applications and tools.
- Assist in the development and execution of HR technology strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR IT systems and provide guidance to other team members.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Software Development And Application Support.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Business Processes And Systems.
Knowledge Of Database Management And Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql And Tableau.
