
HR Content Business Analyst
At Intel, we're looking for a highly motivated HR Content Business Analyst to drive strategic improvements in our HR content management and communications. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical acumen and business savvy to this position, as well as an unwavering commitment to customer service and satisfaction.The successful candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and have at least three years of experience in a similar role. They should also have a proven track record in developing, implementing, and optimizing content management strategies and processes. Additionally, they should demonstrate strong knowledge of the fundamentals of HR, and possess outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.This position requires an individual who is passionate about creating a positive user experience with our HR content management system and who has the ability to think outside the box to develop new and innovative content strategies. The HR Content Business Analyst should also be a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple competing priorities. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize content management strategies and processes to improve HR content management and communications.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas for improvement within the HR content management system.
- Create and maintain content libraries, templates, and guidelines to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all HR content.
- Develop and execute plans to improve content usability and user experience.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the HR content management system and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure content is aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Train staff and stakeholders on the use of the HR content management system.
- Work closely with software developers to create, update, and maintain the HR content management system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for content management.
- Work with external vendors to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the HR content management system.
