Furthermore, the candidate should have a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.The HR Content Business Analyst at Intel will be responsible for managing the content on the HR web presence and will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy. The candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be a highly motivated individual who is able to take initiative. Above all, the candidate should be an excellent communicator and able to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

- Developing and executing content strategies for Intel’s HR web presence.
- Maintaining and updating content on the HR web presence.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of content through web analytics.
- Working with various stakeholders, including HR professionals, to ensure content accuracy and conformance to standards.
- Working in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Utilizing HR technology and content management systems to develop and maintain content.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, to analyze data and develop reports.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Troubleshooting and resolving content-related issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal content delivery.
