Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hr Analytics And Reporting, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools Such As Microsoft Excel, Tableau, And Sap.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Employee Data Management And Reporting.
Experience With Project Management And The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Present Complex Data To Stakeholders.
