1. Actively recruit and attract top talent for the Graduate Talent program at Intel.
2. Review and evaluate resumes and application materials to identify potential candidates.
3. Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and potential fit within the company.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers and team leaders to understand the needs and requirements of the program.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with universities and other educational institutions to promote the Graduate Talent program.
6. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and providing information about the company culture and expectations.
7. Plan and coordinate training and development opportunities for program participants.
8. Monitor and track the progress and performance of program participants.
9. Serve as a mentor and resource for program participants, providing guidance and support as needed.
10. Assist with organizing and promoting networking events and opportunities for program participants to connect with other employees and leaders within the company.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the program is providing relevant and valuable experiences for participants.
12. Continuously evaluate and improve the Graduate Talent program to attract and retain top talent.
13. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration.
14. Represent Intel and the Graduate Talent program at job fairs, career events, and other recruiting events.
15. Embrace Intel's mission, values, and culture and actively promote them to program participants and potential candidates.
