- Actively recruit and attract top talent for the Graduate Talent program at Intel.
- Review and evaluate resumes and application materials to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and potential fit within the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team leaders to understand the needs and requirements of the program.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and other educational institutions to promote the Graduate Talent program.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and providing information about the company culture and expectations.
- Plan and coordinate training and development opportunities for program participants.
- Monitor and track the progress and performance of program participants.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for program participants, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist with organizing and promoting networking events and opportunities for program participants to connect with other employees and leaders within the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the program is providing relevant and valuable experiences for participants.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the Graduate Talent program to attract and retain top talent.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration.
- Represent Intel and the Graduate Talent program at job fairs, career events, and other recruiting events.
- Embrace Intel's mission, values, and culture and actively promote them to program participants and potential candidates.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Business.
Strong Academic Record With A Minimum Gpa Of 3.0.
Demonstrated Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Java, Or Python.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills.
