  1. Develop and lead the global yield process integration development team to ensure the successful implementation of cutting-edge semiconductor technologies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in yield processes.
  3. Identify and analyze potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
  4. Create and implement strategies to improve yield and reduce production costs.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary resources for yield process development.
  6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  7. Monitor and analyze yield metrics to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions to achieve desired targets.
  8. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and protocols for yield processes.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends and developments to incorporate best practices into yield process integration.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure their growth and development.
