Job Description

  1. Develop and implement a global water management strategy for Intel, in alignment with company sustainability goals and initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas where water conservation and efficiency efforts can be implemented.
  3. Monitor and track water usage data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Build relationships with external stakeholders, including NGOs, government agencies, and industry organizations, to stay informed on best practices and regulations related to global water management.
  5. Partner with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, facilities, and engineering teams, to ensure sustainability practices are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.
  6. Lead and manage projects related to water conservation and efficiency, from conception to implementation and evaluation.
  7. Conduct regular audits and assessments of Intel's global water usage, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  8. Develop and maintain partnerships with water technology providers and vendors to support Intel's sustainability efforts.
  9. Communicate and promote Intel's sustainability efforts to both internal and external stakeholders, including through presentations, reports, and other channels.
  10. Stay up-to-date on global water management trends and best practices, and incorporate them into Intel's strategy and operations.
  11. Manage and track budget and resources allocated for global water management initiatives.
  12. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of Intel's water sustainability efforts.
  13. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of sustainability and innovation within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Environmental Science, Sustainability, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Global Water Sustainability Programs, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Water Issues, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Water Conservation And Efficiency Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels.
