- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures across all global operations of Intel.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations and laws.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into business processes and decision-making.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on EHS policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze EHS data to identify trends and areas of concern.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stay up-to-date on any changes to EHS regulations.
- Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
- Develop emergency response plans and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of employees in the event of a crisis.
- Manage EHS budget and resources to effectively implement EHS programs.
- Communicate EHS performance and initiatives to management and stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging EHS trends to continuously improve EHS programs and processes.
- Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to local EHS managers and teams.
- Lead sustainability efforts to reduce the company's environmental impact and promote environmentally friendly practices.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Environmental Health And Safety Management, Preferably In A Global Manufacturing Or Technology Company.
Knowledge Of Local And International Environmental And Safety Regulations And Standards.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Concepts To Diverse Audiences.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Global Environmental Health And Safety Policies, Procedures, And Training Programs.
