  1. Develop and implement global EHS policies, procedures, and strategies in alignment with company values and goals.
  2. Lead and manage a team of EHS professionals across multiple locations, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and standards, as well as internal company policies.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into product design and manufacturing processes.
  6. Monitor and analyze EHS data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  7. Communicate and promote EHS initiatives and best practices to all levels of the organization.
  8. Develop and conduct training programs to educate employees on EHS policies and procedures.
  9. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in EHS to continuously improve and enhance our EHS program.
  10. Serve as the main point of contact for all EHS-related inquiries and concerns from internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within Ehs, Preferably In A Global Organization.

  • Comprehensive Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Environmental Regulations And Safety Standards, With The Ability To Interpret And Implement Them In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.

  • Professional Certifications In Ehs Management, Such As Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (Chmm), Are Highly Desirable.
