Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Manipulate Large Data Sets.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Global Employee Services Or Hr Data Analyst Role.
Experience With Hr Systems And Tools, Such As Workday, Oracle Hcm, Or Sap.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Global Teams And Stakeholders.
