  1. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to identify areas for improvement in employee services processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize employee services processes.
  3. Utilize project management skills to lead and execute process improvement initiatives.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of employee services processes, policies, and procedures.
  5. Monitor and track key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of employee services processes.
  6. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Analyze employee feedback and make recommendations for changes to improve the overall employee experience.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee services to ensure Intel's processes remain competitive.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation for employee services processes and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams to implement technological solutions to enhance employee services processes.
  11. Provide training and support to employees and managers on new processes and procedures.
  12. Proactively identify potential risks and issues and develop solutions to mitigate them.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert for employee services processes and provide guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness of employee services processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Manipulate Large Data Sets.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Global Employee Services Or Hr Data Analyst Role.

  • Experience With Hr Systems And Tools, Such As Workday, Oracle Hcm, Or Sap.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Global Teams And Stakeholders.
