  1. Develop and implement strategic programs to ensure equipment safety and compliance across all global operations.
  2. Monitor and analyze industry trends and regulations related to equipment safety and compliance, and make recommendations to ensure company compliance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify equipment safety and compliance issues and develop solutions to address them.
  4. Create and maintain a comprehensive database of equipment safety and compliance requirements and ensure all equipment meets these standards.
  5. Conduct regular audits to assess equipment safety and compliance, identify any gaps or areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  6. Provide guidance and training to employees on equipment safety protocols and procedures.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and organizations to stay informed on best practices and regulations related to equipment safety and compliance.
  8. Lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to communicate updates and progress on equipment safety and compliance initiatives.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to equipment safety and compliance to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to improve equipment safety and compliance.
  11. Develop and manage the budget for equipment safety and compliance programs.
  12. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry advancements to continuously improve equipment safety and compliance processes.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to equipment safety and compliance.
  14. Provide timely and effective communication to management and other stakeholders on equipment safety and compliance status and issues.
  15. Mentor and train team members on equipment safety and compliance best practices and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Environmental Health And Safety, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Managing Global Strategic Equipment Programs In A Large Corporation, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Environmental Regulations And Standards, Including But Not Limited To Iso 14001, Ohsas 18001, And Rohs.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Ehs Strategies, Policies, And Procedures At A Global Level.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
