  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive global dining program that aligns with the company's values and goals.
  2. Manage all aspects of the dining program, including menu planning, vendor relationships, and budget management.
  3. Lead a team of dining program coordinators and oversee their day-to-day activities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the dining program meets the needs and preferences of employees from diverse backgrounds.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve the dining program, taking into account feedback from employees and industry best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, International Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Managing Global Dining Programs, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Food Trends And Diverse Cultural Dining Preferences.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Plan And Execute Large-Scale Dining Events.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Managing Budgets, Negotiating Vendor Contracts, And Implementing Cost-Saving Initiatives.
