4. Monitor and optimize payroll processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
6. Ensure all payroll-related activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
7. Prepare and present reports on the status of payroll programs and initiatives.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in payroll program management.
9. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
10. Establish strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
