As the owner of our Global Account Management (GAM) benefits program, you will play a vital role in creating and implementing strategic initiatives that meet the evolving needs of our employees.   1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the Global Account Management (GAM) benefits program that align with the overall objectives of Intel and meet the needs of our employees.
  2. Conduct regular analysis of the competitive landscape to ensure the GAM benefits program remains competitive and meets industry standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of the GAM benefits program with other company programs and initiatives.
  4. Serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of the GAM benefits program, including plan design, eligibility, enrollment, and compliance.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the GAM benefits program through data analysis and employee feedback, making necessary adjustments to optimize program offerings.
  6. Act as a liaison between Intel and external benefit providers to negotiate competitive rates and ensure high-quality service for our employees.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in benefits program design and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the GAM benefits program.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, HR partners, and leadership, to understand their needs and address any concerns related to the GAM benefits program.
  9. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to benefits programs, including ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.
  10. Communicate regularly with employees about the GAM benefits program through various channels, including presentations, webinars, and written materials.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Benefits Program Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Benefits Programs, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Knowledge Of Gam (Global Asset Management) Programs: The Program Owner Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Gam Programs And Their Impact On Employee Benefits. This Includes Knowledge Of Benefits Structures, Policies, And Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Job Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Make Informed Decisions. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Quantitative And Qualitative Analysis Skills To Evaluate The Effectiveness Of Benefits Programs And Make Recommendations For Improvement.

  • Project Management Expertise: The Gam Benefits Program Owner Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Projects Related To Employee Benefits. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects And Delivering Results On Time And Within Budget.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: As The Main Point Of Contact For All Benefits-Related Matters, The Program Owner Must Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills. This Includes The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams, Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders, And Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
