  2. Design and implement full chip layouts using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
  3. Optimize layout designs for performance, power efficiency, and manufacturability.
  4. Conduct thorough design verification and sign-off to ensure functionality and reliability of the final product.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot design issues, proposing and implementing solutions to meet project timelines.
  6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into the design process.
  7. Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and contribute to the team's success.
  8. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth integration of design components.
  9. Communicate progress and updates to project managers and stakeholders, and provide timely status reports.
  10. Adhere to Intel's design standards and processes to ensure high-quality and consistent results.
  11. Continuously improve and optimize design processes to drive efficiency and productivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Physics And Layout Design Principles: A Full Chip Layout - Physical Architect At Intel Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of How Semiconductors Work And The Physical Principles Behind Layout Design. This Knowledge Is Essential For Creating High-Performance, Reliable And Manufacturable Chip Layouts.

  • Proficiency In Industry-Standard Eda Tools: Intel Uses A Variety Of Electronic Design Automation (Eda) Tools For Chip Layout, And A Full Chip Layout - Physical Architect Must Be Comfortable Working With These Tools. This Includes Tools Such As Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys Ic Compiler, And Mentor Graphics Calibre.

  • Experience With Advanced Process Technologies: Intel Is At The Forefront Of Developing And Using Advanced Process Technologies, And A Full Chip Layout - Physical Architect Must Be Well-Versed In These Technologies. This Includes Finfet, 3D Integration, And Extreme Ultraviolet (Euv) Lithography.

  • Knowledge Of Design For Manufacturability (Dfm) Techniques: Design For Manufacturability Is Critical For Ensuring That Chip Layouts Can Be Successfully Manufactured At Scale. A Full Chip Layout - Physical Architect Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Dfm Techniques And Be Able To Apply Them Effectively In Their Layouts.

  • Experience With Chip-Level Verification And Debugging: The Full Chip Layout - Physical Architect Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Final Chip Layout Meets All Design Requirements And Is Free Of Any Errors. This Requires Proficiency In Verification Techniques And The Ability To Debug Any Issues That Arise During The Layout Process.
