In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic plans for our foundry operations, ensuring the most efficient and cost-effective processes are in place. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our foundry business and shaping the future of Intel's manufacturing capabilities. We are looking for someone with a strong background in industrial engineering, a passion for problem-solving, and a drive for continuous improvement.   1. Develop strategic plans for our foundry operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective processes.
  2. Analyze and evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of implemented processes.
  5. Conduct data analysis and provide insights and recommendations to optimize manufacturing operations.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement best practices in industrial engineering.
  7. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in industrial engineering to suggest innovative solutions.
  9. Train and mentor team members on industrial engineering principles and practices.
  10. Participate in budget planning and resource management for foundry operations.
  11. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and understanding of strategic plans.
  12. Adhere to all safety regulations and follow company policies and procedures.
  13. Continuously monitor and assess risks in the foundry operations and take necessary actions to mitigate them.
  14. Maintain a high level of quality control by conducting regular audits and inspections.
  15. Represent Intel and act as a subject matter expert in industrial engineering at conferences, events, and meetings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Planning For A Manufacturing Company, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Foundry Operations And Processes

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Modeling To Identify Opportunities For Process Optimization And Cost Reduction

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Leadership.
