  1. Develop and execute the strategy for the foundry IP ecosystem program.
  2. Identify and onboard key IP partners and manage relationships.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IP partners' offerings into the foundry process.
  4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the program.
  5. Manage the overall project plan and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  6. Monitor and report on the progress of the program, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in IP management and ecosystem development.
  8. Lead meetings and discussions with IP partners to discuss program updates and address any issues.
  9. Work closely with legal and business development teams to negotiate and finalize IP agreements.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IP partners, industry associations, and customers.
  11. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the program to achieve desired outcomes.
  12. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the program's progress and impact.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the program and its benefits to potential customers.
  14. Train and mentor team members to ensure their success in managing the program.
  15. Represent Intel at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential IP partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Foundry Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Semiconductor Foundry Processes, Including Wafer Manufacturing, Packaging, Testing, And Assembly.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Foundry Ip Ecosystem Program Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects And Stakeholders. They Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including Planning, Organizing, And Monitoring Project Progress.

  • Technical Background: A Strong Technical Background In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Semiconductor Design And Verification Processes.

  • Communication And Collaboration: The Program Manager Will Work Closely With Various Teams, Including Design, Marketing, And Sales. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Crucial For Effectively Managing Cross-Functional Teams.
