Job Description

Are you an experienced Foundry Customer Engineering Manager looking for an opportunity to join a global leader in the semiconductor chip industry? Intel is seeking a highly-motivated individual to join our team as a Foundry Customer Engineering Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the customer engineering teams, collaborating with customers, and providing technical support for Intel products. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong technical background in foundry operations, customer service, and project management. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to think strategically and work collaboratively with a team. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role is required. Responsibilites:

  1. Manage customer engineering teams and provide technical support for Intel products.
  2. Collaborate with customers to ensure successful implementation of Intel products.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  4. Provide strategic and technical guidance to customer engineering teams.
  5. Monitor customer engineering team performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure customer engineering teams are meeting their goals.
  7. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide technical assistance as needed.
  8. Monitor industry trends and anticipate customer needs.
  9. Track and report customer engineering team progress and performance.
  10. Lead team meetings and provide feedback and guidance.
