  1. Develop and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes to meet company goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and materials into existing production processes.
  3. Analyze process data and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to increase efficiency and yield.
  4. Conduct experiments and perform testing to validate process changes and improvements.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve process issues to minimize downtime and maintain high-quality standards.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in semiconductor manufacturing to continuously improve processes.
  7. Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  8. Collaborate with equipment engineers to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of production equipment.
  9. Train and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills in process engineering.
  10. Communicate with suppliers to evaluate and select new materials and equipment for process improvement.
  11. Participate in process audits and support quality and safety initiatives.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential process risks to ensure smooth production.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and ethical standards.
  14. Act as a technical expert and provide guidance to other teams within the organization.
  15. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to develop and implement new processes and technologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Cross-Functional Team Environment.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Semiconductor Process Integration, Preferably At A Leading Company Such As Intel.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fe Process Technologies, Including Cmos, Finfet, And Interconnect Structures.

  • Experience With Process Development, Optimization, And Characterization Techniques, Such As Design Of Experiments (Doe) And Statistical Process Control (Spc).
