  1. Conduct failure analysis on Intel products using established processes and procedures.
  2. Perform detailed and thorough investigations to identify the root cause of failures.
  3. Utilize technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and provide recommendations for solutions.
  5. Document and report findings, including proposed solutions and preventative measures.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of all testing and analysis processes.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  8. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues.
  10. Continuously strive for quality improvement and contribute to the development of new methodologies and techniques.
  11. Actively participate in team meetings and provide insights and suggestions for process improvements.
  12. Stay current with company policies and procedures and adhere to them at all times.
  13. Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
  14. Handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Failure Analysis Within The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Manufacturing Processes And Failure Mechanisms.

  • Proficiency In Using Various Analytical Tools And Techniques Such As Scanning Electron Microscopy, Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy, And Thermal Imaging.
