Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Independently As Well As In A Team Environment.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Failure Analysis In A Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Semiconductor Device Physics And Failure Mechanisms.
Proficiency In Using Analytical Tools And Techniques Such As Scanning Electron Microscopy, Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy, And Electrical Characterization.
