1. Provide technical support to customers on Intel products and solutions.
2. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and identify potential solutions.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
4. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues for customers and provide effective solutions.
5. Work closely with product development teams to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement.
6. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to effectively support customers.
7. Create and maintain documentation on product features, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
8. Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support and build strong relationships.
9. Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
10. Participate in product launches and events to showcase Intel’s technologies and products.
11. Continuously learn and improve technical knowledge to stay current with Intel’s products and solutions.
12. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
