- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard Intel's facilities and assets.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and address any security gaps.
- Manage access control systems, including monitoring and granting access to authorized personnel and visitors.
- Coordinate and oversee the installation and maintenance of security equipment, such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
- Monitor and analyze security data to identify and investigate any suspicious or unauthorized activities.

Knowledge Of Security Regulations And Compliance: An Fso At Intel Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Security Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As The National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (Nispom) And Defense Counterintelligence And Security Agency (Dcsa) Requirements. This Includes Staying Up-To-Date On Any Changes Or Updates To These Regulations.
Experience In Security Management: The Ideal Fso Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Security Management, Specifically In A Government Or Defense Contractor Setting. This Includes Managing Security Clearances, Conducting Security Briefings And Debriefings, And Implementing Security Protocols And Procedures.
Strong Communication Skills: An Fso Must Have Excellent Communication Skills, As They Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Internal Employees, Government Agencies, And Other External Stakeholders. This Includes Writing Reports And Conducting Briefings And Presentations.
