Job Description

  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and cleanliness of our facilities.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with equipment and systems within the facilities.
  3. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on equipment and systems.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment needed for facility maintenance.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
  6. Conduct inspections and identify potential hazards or safety concerns within the facilities.
  7. Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any maintenance or repair needs.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
  10. Continuously seek out ways to improve and streamline facility maintenance processes.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and incorporate them into daily tasks.
  12. Assist with special projects and tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the facilities.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  14. Provide excellent customer service to all employees and visitors to the facilities.
  15. Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Building Systems And Equipment: A Facilities Technician At Intel Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Building Systems, Including Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Fire Protection. They Should Also Be Familiar With Various Equipment Used In Facilities Maintenance.

  • Experience With Troubleshooting And Repair: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Troubleshooting And Repairing Building Systems And Equipment. This Includes Identifying And Diagnosing Issues, As Well As Implementing Effective Solutions.
