  1. Lead and execute strategic initiatives to improve and optimize mechanical systems in our facilities.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify engineering challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  3. Design and implement new mechanical systems, ensuring they meet all safety, reliability, and efficiency standards.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, and contractors.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert for mechanical engineering, providing technical guidance and support to internal teams.
  7. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for various engineering projects.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  9. Continuously monitor and analyze performance data to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  10. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Engineering Or Facilities Management In A Large Industrial Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hvac Systems, Building Automation, And Energy Management Systems

  • Experience With Project Management And Strategic Planning For Facility Maintenance And Upgrades

  • Familiarity With Safety Regulations And Compliance Standards For Industrial Facilities.
