- Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems for Intel's facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with mechanical systems to minimize downtime and maintain optimal facility operations
- Collaborate with other engineers and departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Stay updated on industry advancements and trends to continuously improve and innovate Intel's facilities
- Create and maintain documentation and records of all mechanical systems, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and upgrades
- Develop and manage facility budgets for mechanical systems and projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures in relation to mechanical systems
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians in mechanical engineering principles and practices
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external contractors/vendors to coordinate and complete projects on time and within budget.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Engineering Or Maintenance, Preferably In A High-Tech Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Mechanical Systems, Including Hvac, Plumbing, And Fire Protection.
Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Industry Standards.
Proficient In Using Cad Software And Other Engineering Tools, With The Ability To Design And Analyze Mechanical Systems.
