2. Troubleshoot and identify any issues with electrical systems and equipment, and develop solutions to ensure optimal functioning.
3. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
4. Install, test, and maintain all electrical systems, including but not limited to lighting, power, HVAC, and security systems.
5. Collaborate with other facilities team members to coordinate and prioritize maintenance and repair tasks.
6. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including completed tasks, parts used, and time spent.
7. Monitor inventory levels of electrical supplies and equipment and report any shortages or needs to the facilities manager.
8. Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and safety regulations related to electrical systems and equipment.
9. Respond to facilities-related emergencies and provide timely and effective solutions.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

12. Collaborate with external contractors and vendors when necessary to assist with major projects or repairs.
