  1. Manage and oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely external PnL reports.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and information for reporting purposes.
  4. Analyze and review financial data to identify any discrepancies or errors.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors to facilitate smooth and efficient audits.
  6. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
  7. Train and mentor junior team members to develop a strong and capable team.
  8. Communicate effectively with upper management and stakeholders regarding financial performance and reporting.
  9. Recommend process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
  10. Handle ad-hoc requests and special projects related to external PnL reporting.
  11. Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  12. Provide accurate and timely financial data and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  13. Conduct regular reviews and reconciliations of financial data to ensure accuracy.
  14. Identify and mitigate any potential risks related to external PnL reporting.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on complex accounting issues.
  16. Continuously monitor and improve internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and reporting.
  17. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve data quality.
  18. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
  19. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and uphold the company's values and standards.
  20. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Financial Reporting, Preferably In A Large Multinational Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Us Gaap And Sec Reporting Requirements.

  • Experience With Managing A Team And Working In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Financial Data To Senior Management.
