  1. Perform ESD testing and evaluation on Intel products to ensure quality and reliability.
  2. Develop and implement ESD testing procedures and protocols.
  3. Identify potential risks and issues related to ESD and communicate them to relevant teams.
  4. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve ESD resistance of products.
  5. Analyze test data and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Monitor and maintain ESD testing equipment and facilities.
  7. Stay updated with industry standards and best practices related to ESD.
  8. Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights on ESD concerns.
  9. Document and report test results and findings to management.
  10. Continuously improve ESD testing processes and procedures.
  11. Train and mentor junior ESD QA engineers.
  12. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet tight deadlines.
  13. Uphold Intel's quality and safety standards.
  14. Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve ESD related issues.
  15. Conduct root cause analysis on ESD failures and provide recommendations for prevention.
  16. Maintain accurate records of ESD testing activities.
  17. Communicate ESD testing progress and results to relevant stakeholders.
  18. Adhere to Intel's ethical and professional standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Esd (Electrostatic Discharge) Testing And Quality Assurance.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Esd.

  • Experience With Esd Testing Equipment And Methodologies.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Identify Root Causes Of Esd Failures.
