- Develop and maintain electronic design automation (EDA) tools for our design flow processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to our EDA design flow.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in EDA design flow and incorporate them into our tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our EDA tools to ensure a smooth and efficient design flow.
- Design and execute tests to ensure the quality and functionality of our EDA tools.
- Work closely with design teams to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Continuously analyze and optimize the performance of our EDA design flow.
- Communicate updates and progress to the team and management.
- Participate in the development of new features and enhancements for our EDA tools.
- Maintain documentation and provide training to users on the functionality of our EDA tools.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate their tools into our design flow.
- Keep track of industry trends and contribute to the overall strategy for our EDA design flow.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality guidelines.
- Act as a mentor to junior engineers and assist in their professional development.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or Related Field.
Strong Background In Eda Tools And Methodologies, Such As Rtl Synthesis, Simulation, And Physical Design.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Verilog, Systemverilog, And Tcl.
Knowledge Of Industry Standard Eda Tools, Such As Synopsys, Cadence, And Mentor Graphics.
Experience With Scripting And Automation To Improve Design Flow Efficiency And Productivity.
