Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Dry Etch Process Development And Optimization In A Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Process Equipment And Techniques Used In Dry Etch, Including Plasma Etching, Reactive Ion Etching, And Deep Reactive Ion Etching.
Familiarity With Cad Tools And Software Used In Process Development And Design Of Experiments (Doe) Methodology.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Process Issues And Implement Solutions To Improve Yield And Device Performance.
