
Division Supply Planning Analyst

- Develop and implement supply planning strategies to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Analyze and monitor supply chain data to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and assess demand forecasts and make recommendations for production and inventory levels.
- Utilize supply planning tools and systems to track inventory levels, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
- Continuously review and refine supply planning processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, including shortages and excess inventory.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer demand and align supply planning accordingly.
- Prepare and present supply planning reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve supply planning processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Planning, Preferably In A High-Tech Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Proficiency In Supply Chain Planning Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Advanced Knowledge Of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams From Different Departments And Regions.
