  1. Develop and maintain division supply plans to efficiently meet customer demands.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excesses.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient supply chain processes.
  4. Analyze data and provide insights to drive process improvements and cost savings.
  5. Identify and mitigate any potential risks to the supply chain.
  6. Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  7. Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  8. Utilize forecasting methods to anticipate future supply needs.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to supply chain operations.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain processes.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members as needed.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  13. Proactively identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to supply chain management.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of supply chain processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Planning Or Related Role.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With Proficiency In Data Analysis And Forecasting.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Best Practices And Experience With Supply Chain Systems And Tools.

  • Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Manufacturing, Logistics, And Procurement Teams.
