Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

Identifies programs that improve hiring practices, support the professional growth of Women and historically underrepresented groups, increase retention, and build an inclusive culture. Sources, aligns, and executes diversity and inclusion programs and resources. Leverages corporate programs and resources and adjusts to the unique delivery needs of the organization's global dispersion. May lead or participate in BU specific D&I Global Committees with D&I Champions across the organization, including participant selection, meeting management, assigning deliverables and tracking success metrics. Identifies and implements tracking metrics for measuring the effectiveness of the BU's D&I initiatives. Prepares quarterly reports, in partnership with BHR D&I Business Partners, for senior management outlining progress of initiatives and success metrics.
