- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners.

- Manage and monitor distribution partner performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular business reviews with distribution partners to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to develop and execute joint initiatives with distribution partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and decisions.
- Lead and develop a team of distribution sales representatives.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to distribution business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of distribution operations.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote business and build relationships.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on distribution business performance and initiatives.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and development.
- Proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise in the distribution channel.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in overall business strategy.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Distribution, Logistics, Or Supply Chain Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Distribution And Inventory Management Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Distribution Operations, Including Optimizing Logistics Processes And Reducing Costs.
