Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Master Data Management (MDM) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of PLM and MDM initiatives, leading a team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the success of our product lifecycle and data management processes.   1. Develop and drive the strategic direction for the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Master Data Management (MDM) functions within the organization.
  2. Lead and manage a team of PLM and MDM professionals, providing guidance, support and mentorship to ensure their success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product development, engineering, supply chain, and sales teams, to ensure alignment and execution of PLM and MDM initiatives.
  4. Monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and optimize the organization's PLM and MDM processes.
  5. Develop and maintain PLM and MDM policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  6. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of PLM and MDM systems and tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and are aligned with business objectives.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of PLM and MDM processes.
  8. Manage and monitor the product lifecycle, from ideation to discontinuation, ensuring timely and successful launch, maintenance, and end-of-life of products.
  9. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of master data, including product information, pricing, and inventory levels, through effective data governance and quality control.
  10. Drive collaboration and communication with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth integration and alignment of PLM and MDM processes.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the status and performance of PLM and MDM initiatives, highlighting areas for improvement and presenting actionable recommendations.
  12. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the PLM and MDM team and the wider organization.
  13. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, showcasing our PLM and MDM capabilities and contributing thought leadership to the industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Lifecycle Management (Plm) And Master Data Management (Mdm) In A Large, Global Technology Company.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Intel's Product Portfolio And Understanding Of The Company's Business Goals And Strategies.

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Projects To Completion.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Industry Trends And Best Practices In Plm And Mdm, With A Continuous Improvement Mindset To Drive Innovation And Efficiency Within The Organization.
